EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. Our negative emotions and limiting beliefs (I'm such a failure) remain trapped in our bodies and subconscious mind. By tapping on acupuncture points while focusing on a specific issue or emotion, we calm the nervous system, access our energy field, and create a safe space to process those emotions and let them go. EFT is very gentle. There's no need to re-experience the trauma in order to release it.

About me

Hi! I'm Chana Halpern. I grew up in Gateshead, England and moved to Israel after I married. Today I live in Jerusalem with my family.
I care deeply about helping people move past their limitations so they can become the best version of themselves. I truly believe that our own inner healing is the greatest gift we can give both to ourselves and to our families.
I trained as an EFT practitioner with Master Trainer Pearl Lopian and received international certification. I am passionate about bringing the blessing of EFT to the world and offer EFT therapy both virtually (yes, it's just as good on Zoom!) and in-person in my home in Jerusalem.
